Find out where AI and automation actually fit.

You know AI and automation could help, but not where to start. We look at how your week really runs and come back with a plain-English plan: what’s worth automating, what isn’t, and what it would take.

What’s costing you the most time or business right now?

Pick up to two.

Six quick questions, about a minute, no email needed.

What we look at

We start with your week, not with a tool.

  • Where the time goes

We walk through a normal week with you and find where the hours actually go.

  • What gets retyped

Numbers copied from one place into another, invoices keyed in by hand, the same form filled out again and again.

  • What’s done the same way every time

Work that follows the same steps each time is the best candidate for automation. Work that needs judgment usually isn’t.

  • What’s worth automating, and what isn’t

We tell you plainly which tasks are worth automating and which aren’t. If something isn’t worth it, we say so.

  • What it would take

For each thing worth doing, what it would take and what it would cost, in plain English, so you can decide.

  • Practical, not hype

Practical AI and automation that fits your business. We won’t sell you a tool you don’t need.

From our work

Real work: start with the audit, then automate what fits

We looked at how an equipment distributor’s office ran from month to month. That turned into automating its monthly sales-tax workbook and its sales rep reports, plus its warranty registrations.

We don’t automate a process we haven’t seen, so each one started with looking at how the work gets done today.

Clients stay unnamed. The workbook is the work, not the filing: we don’t do tax work or give tax advice.

How it works

From the first call to ongoing support.

See the whole process
  1. Free audit

A 15-minute call about where your week goes.

  2. Your written plan

A short, plain-English plan of what’s worth automating, what isn’t, and what it would take. Yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.

  3. You decide

Pick one thing, a few, or none. There’s no pressure and no commitment.

  4. Proposal

If you want us to build something, you get a clear scope and the full price in writing before any work starts.

  5. Build and support

We build it, test it on your real documents first, and support it after it goes live.

Questions

Questions about AI & automation consulting

All questions

What if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s normal. Pick “I’d like to explore my options” on the request form, or book a 15-minute call. We’ll look at where your time goes and tell you which of our services, if any, would actually help.

What’s the free automation audit?

You tell us what eats your week, and we send back a plain-English map of which tasks we can automate, what it would take, and what it would cost. It’s yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

Do I have to switch the software I use now?

Usually not. We connect the tools you already have, like your CRM, accounting software, and supplier portals, instead of asking you to switch.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the business, so every service is a custom quote. You get the full price in writing before any work starts or any charge is made. The automation audit is free.

What eats your week?
