Professional offices

Less retyping in the office, more time for your clients.

New-client details copied from emails, documents chased by hand, a website that doesn’t say how to get started. We take that office work off your plate. We handle the paperwork, never the advice.

A document comes in. The form fills itself in. Someone in the office approves it.Example with made-up data

What we do

What we do for professional offices.

Less paperwork between clients, monthly reports that build themselves, and a website that makes it easy to reach you.

  • Long PDFs read for you, with the office approving each one

The automation reads long supplier invoice PDFs and fills in the paperwork. Someone in the office approves each one before it’s sent.

    Workflow automation
  • Monthly reports that build themselves

The monthly sales rep reports are put together automatically, so nobody builds them by hand each month.

    Bookkeeping & reporting automation
  • A rebuilt website, hosted and kept up

Mobile-first and fast, with a clear way to send a request on every page. Small edits come in by email.

    Websites & hosting

More we can build

More we can build for your office.

Each one is scoped to how your business actually runs, starting with the free audit.

  • A new-client form that fills in your records

A short web form for contact details and what the person needs, with the answers dropped into your records so nobody retypes them. Your staff reviews each one.

    Workflow automation
  • A list of what each client still owes you

A checklist of documents still missing for each client, with a draft reminder for your staff to review and send.

    Workflow automation
  • A weekly list of what needs attention

Files with nothing done in a while, or renewals and follow-ups coming up, pulled from the dates your records already hold.

    Workflow automation
  • A monthly report from your own numbers

A one-page report built from the export your software already produces, so nobody assembles it by hand.

    Bookkeeping & reporting automation
  • A site that says how to get started

A plain page for each service, who’s on the team, and a contact form that sends the request to the right person.

    Websites & hosting
  • A Google profile and listings that match

Your profile, your site and the directories where clients look all show the same name, address and hours.

What’s out there

What other providers already offer professional offices.

Here’s what other providers already offer businesses like yours. If you already use some of it, we work with those tools and fill the gaps between them.

  • Practice management for law firms

Software like Clio covers client intake forms, billing and online payments, document management and automated client reminders.

  • Practice management for accounting firms

Tools like Karbon and TaxDome offer workflow automation, invoicing and payments, and document management. Karbon’s page also lists a client portal and e-signatures.

  • Agency management for insurance

Agency management systems keep policy records, alert staff to renewals, exchange data with carriers and create certificates and forms from policy records.

  • CRMs and property-search sites for real estate

Real estate CRMs schedule follow-up sequences and flag overdue leads, and some platforms bundle a property-search (IDX) website with lead capture.

  • Marketing agencies for law firms

Agencies build sites with practice-area pages and attorney bios, run local search and paid search, and track where inquiries come from.

Questions

What owners ask first.

All questions

What kind of work can you automate?

Repetitive office tasks that follow the same steps every time: retyping invoices, pulling data out of supplier PDFs, filling out warranty registrations, and moving information between your CRM, accounting software, and supplier portals. If you do it the same way every week, it's worth a look.

How do I know an automation won't make mistakes?

Every automation runs in a sandbox against your real documents first. You see the output and check it, and it isn't allowed to submit anything on its own until the output is right.

Do I have to switch the software I use now?

Usually not. We connect the tools you already have, like your CRM, accounting software, and supplier portals, instead of asking you to switch.

Are you a CPA? Do you do taxes?

No. StreamTec isn't a CPA firm, and we don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice. We automate the bookwork so your staff, and your accountant, start from clean, current numbers.

What does your office copy from one place to another?

Tell us, and we’ll send back a short written plan of what we’d take off your plate first. Free, and yours to keep.
