Yes. Once the build is paid for in full, the site is yours, and your domain stays in your name. If you ever leave, it comes with you.

We keep the site online and secure, and we make the small edits you send us by email, like a new phone number, updated hours, or a new service. Bigger changes get quoted before we start.

We can if you want one. It isn't something we push, because most small business sites do better with a clear phone number and a simple form. If you think a chatbot would help your customers, ask and we'll talk through whether it's worth it.

SEO is showing up in Google search and on Maps. AEO, or answer engine optimization, is showing up in the answers AI tools give, like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews, when someone asks who to call. The work overlaps a lot: clear pages, accurate listings, and good structured data help with both.
