Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026  ·  StreamTec Services

1. Who we are

StreamTec Services is operated by Joe Kelly, an individual doing business as StreamTec Services, based in Minnesota, USA. In these terms, "StreamTec," "we," and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person or organization using this website or purchasing services.

2. What we sell

StreamTec provides the following services to small businesses:

  • Back-office automation — workflow automation, PDF and document data extraction, automated form and portal submissions, and custom integrations with tools you already use.
  • Front-desk AI — AI receptionist, website chatbot, missed-call text-back, and review-request automation.
  • Websites and hosting — website design and development, ongoing hosting, and maintenance.

The exact services, deliverables, exclusions, and timeline for an engagement are defined in that engagement's Statement of Work.

3. Pricing and payment

StreamTec does not sell fixed subscription tiers. Every engagement is quoted individually based on scope, and the price is stated in a written proposal and Statement of Work that you review and accept before any work begins or any charge is made.

  • A Statement of Work states the one-time implementation fee and the recurring monthly fee, if any, along with the currency, applicable taxes, first billing date, and billing interval.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. StreamTec does not receive or store your card details.
  • By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize the one-time charge and the recurring monthly charge shown at checkout. Recurring fees renew monthly and continue until cancellation takes effect under Section 4.
  • We may increase a recurring fee on at least 30 days' advance written notice. You may cancel before the increase takes effect.
  • Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or the highest rate applicable law permits, whichever is lower.

4. Cancellation

  • Recurring services renew monthly. Either party may cancel with 30 days' advance written notice. To cancel, email info@streamtecservices.com.
  • Cancellation is effective when we receive it in writing. Services and billing continue through the end of the monthly billing period in which the 30-day notice period ends. Partial months are not prorated.
  • Website hosting carries a six (6) month minimum term from the start of the applicable Statement of Work. Cancelling during that period does not shorten it — you remain responsible for the recurring fees through the end of the minimum term, and cancellation takes effect the day after it ends.
  • Cancellation does not reverse fees already incurred.
  • We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, or material breach, after the notice and cure period in the Master Services Agreement.

5. Refunds and payment disputes

All one-time and recurring fees are nonrefundable, except where a refund or cancellation right cannot be waived under applicable law. Cancelling does not refund the current paid period; we continue providing the applicable services through the end of that period.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Notify us in writing within 30 days of the charge at info@streamtecservices.com and allow 10 business days for a response before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, except where your issuer's own process requires otherwise. Most billing questions are resolved faster this way than through a dispute.

6. Client agreements

Services are governed by the StreamTec Master Services Agreement together with an accepted Statement of Work. Both are provided during onboarding and accepted electronically before work begins. They cover scope and change orders, deliverable acceptance, intellectual property and ownership transfer, confidentiality and data handling, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Where SMS or voice AI services are included, additional terms apply covering consent, opt-out handling, and call-recording disclosure. You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable call-recording and consent laws, and related regulations. Those obligations are set out in full in the service agreement.

If anything on this page conflicts with a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work you have accepted, the accepted agreement governs. Request a copy at any time at info@streamtecservices.com.

7. Using this website

Browsing this website, or submitting the free audit request form, does not create a services agreement and does not obligate either of us to anything. An engagement begins only when you accept a Statement of Work.

  • The content, design, text, and graphics on this site belong to StreamTec. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.
  • Information on this site is provided for general purposes and without warranty. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, or revenue results.

  • Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through any form on this site.

Information you submit through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

We use the following providers to deliver our services. Their terms also apply where relevant, and we are not responsible for outages or policy changes on their side.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any action is the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.

Before filing suit — other than a claim for injunctive relief or one within small-claims jurisdiction — we'll each try in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation for at least 15 days after written notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update this page to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices, and will update the "last updated" date above. Changes to this page do not alter a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work you have already accepted — those can only be amended as described in the agreement itself.
